Ever notice how many time Packman says the phrase, "and you'll be good to go"
He rattled it off 3 times in a quick promo. Now that I'll be paying attention, I'll be counting on my ride home tonight. Let's see how many times he can say it 20 minutes.

Disgrace
Vince Papale was guest on Packman and the Idiots yesterday. Talk about disrespectful. I know the clown fool known as QCB didn't mean any harm but to blatantly heckle a guest is absurd. It was real funny to listen to Q bring his ghetto non-sense and call Mr. Papale everything but his real name.
Mr Papaya, Mr Paperelli, were just a few of the "classics" the Queen City Black thought was funny. Here the guy comes on the show, Pack kisses his a$$, the listeners tell how great a story his life was and then this fool comes on a ridicules him. It completely caught Mr. Papale off-guard. The guy has much better things to do with his time than to be treated like a side-show so some loud mouthed ghetto superstar can disrespect him.
Q had the audacity to say that Mr Papale couldn't cut it in the NFL. Hey, Q, how many plays have you played in the NFL? What about games? Ever make a tackle? Ever make a team? Vince proved he cut it in the NFL, the closest Q ever came to any NFL action was sniffing Irvin's sweaty jock strap.
And to top it all off, once Mr. Papale was off the air, Packman and crew decided to laugh and praise Q for his comments. Hey Q, what did you call him again (chuckle, chuckle, chuckle).

Slow Sports Day???
Does WFNZ get a kickback from all the free advertising the ghey "Southern Fried Football" tour gets from Packman? I actually looked at his sorry excuse for a website. After reading about the history of the SFF concept, I can't believe this page didn't include at least a 10 second clip of Packman stroking his meat. Has anyone ever been more in love with himself?
When he wasn't pumping up his useless tour today, Packman was dumbfounded by section in the South Carolina State paper that allowed you to cut-out outfits to dress Steve Superior. Sure it was a terrible idea that paper ran with, but Packman couldn't get enough. Every chance he got he brought up this situation. Mention somebody's name and Packman would immediately suggest the local paper put a feature of dress [insert name here] in the next edition. Meanwhile the brain trust (or should I say Yes Men) that surround Packman during every show found this continuously hillarious. Just like they find the same Whiner Line calls funny. How many ways can you say that the QCB sucks and still be funny? Doesn't matter, Packman and crew will laugh.

Dallas Cowboys should thank....
The clock operator during yesterday's Monday Night Football game. Why? Do you recall that the clock didn't run during the onside kickoff? After the play the refs quickly determined to run just 2 seconds off the clock. That allowed just enough time for Dallas to run a 2nd pass play to gain a few more yards to set up the game winning kick. Without that precious extra time Dallas would have been forced to try a 61 yard kick or throw a Hail Mary.
Even more, consider this: as the Cowboys rushed to line to spike the ball as the clock was winding down there remained one tick left. The operator could have clearly let it run to zero, it was that close. Eventually, the refs reviewed the previous play and ruled it an incomplete pass.
Think about this:
How funny would it have been if the clock had expired on the spike play that turned out to not be a spike play only to have that play wiped away because of the review of the previous play. Or if Folk missed the first attempt only to have the play waived off due to a Buffalo timeout and then nailed the 2nd attempt for the win.

Week 5 NFL Picks
After going 2-3 last week and a dismal college outing yesterday, I'm looking to turn it around this week.
Seattle (+6) over Pittsburgh
Houston (-5) over Miami
Jacksonville (-2) over Kansas City
*this line absolutely floors me, which means KC will probably win straight up but my logic tells me this is a steal (I hope in my favor)
Baltimore (-3 1/2) over San Francisco
MONDAY NIGHT:
Dallas (-10) over Buffalo

Carr and Smith not on same page?
It took kicker John Kasay to point out to Steve Smith that David Carr is not in fact Jake Delhomme. Smith admitted that he was frustrated this past weekend about the lack of offensive productivity. Half way thru the game it was revealed to him that perhaps he and David Carr weren't on the same page. Now I realize that timing between a QB and WR is vital, and mistakes are going to happen when the pair haven't been together that long. However, shouldn't Steve and David, I don't know...., maybe have talked sometime during practice? Did they not talk about the game plan? Did they not try to build some type of chemistry in what little time they had to prepare last week? It sounded as if Steve felt that they wouldn't miss a beat.
How funny it took Steve a few quarters of the game before he realized that something just wasn't right.
